I demonstrate expertise as an FLT operator and am highly skilled in the use of power tools. Confident in managing machine lines, including lamination processes, and performing quality control checks before transporting goods. • I set up and work with a CNC punching machine, use many hand held power tools to manufacture rubber mesh filtration screens for agricultural and recycling industries. I am required to measure, cut and attach accurately hooks to withstand the huge tension on the screens by drilling and fastening with screws and maintaining safety standards by grinding, ensuring a smooth finish. I also mark mats effectively for bolt holing which I complete by hand.
• The work includes FLT driving to take down and replace the huge 1600mm width rubber rolls.
• Previously, I worked in a laminating company producing laminated insulated window bars. I was required to set up the machine to the required temperature, insert the foils and glue. I had to maintain that the line operated constantly with as little disruption as possible. I managed paperwork and used ICT to ensure the correct print was being used. Regular clean downs and adjust and replace simple mechanical parts.
