PE Teacher with experience leading curriculum lessons and extra-curricular clubs across a wide variety of sports from ages 4-11 as part of team. This has involved the coordination of the aquatics program for the last two years involving: squad sessions, the learn to swim program and hosting gala's. Managing a holiday camp for the last two years has helped me to develop skills related to the management and training of a team of staff.
Coordinating pre-season football and trials for each of the youth teams.
Coordinating all of the different teams and managers in the youth program.
Running training and fixtures for Croydon FC's U9 team in the Tandridge League.
Day to day timetabling of the camp to make sure there are a wide varieties of activities for all of the age groups and interests of the different children. This includes multiple sporting options, gymnastics, art and a swimming lesson each day that all children take part in.
Management and relevant training of the 10 staff each day to make sure that the sessions are all run by qualified and competent staff with other staff on hand to assist with each session.
Assisting the ASEL management with the timetabling of staff for each holiday period to make sure that we have enough staff working each day and shifts are shared fairly.
Running and coordinating the Swimming and Waterpolo program as well as hosting inter-school gala's. This also includes the management of all of the teaching staff in the pool throughout the school year.
Running the Athletics program in the summer term and hosting meets and festivals with other schools.
Running the U8 football program along with hosting tournaments for their age groups.
Coordinating SOCS (this is our database where we coordinate all of our co-curricular sport and fixtures). Making sure that the right information is available to parents and children.
