Originally started in 2019 as a server for a few months before COVID pandemic. I took the same position in 2021 to then progress first as a Rocker (Team Leader) and then Restaurant Supervisor.
I have a strong knowledge of the FOH departments, having also worked as a bartender, expo and host.

I took this position during lockdown in Italy for a six months fixed contract while waiting to be able to come back to Scotland.
Here some of my responsibilities:
I started as a Bartender at Coast to Coast restaurant in Birmingham.
I then expanded my expertise working as a waiter and restaurant supervisor.
I have been promoted to Bar Manager within the company and offered to open a new Restaurant "FireJacks" in Solihull.
I managed to help it reach the #1 position in the best restaurants in Solihull on TripAdvisor.
I then transferred to Filling Station in Edinburgh where I worked for 6 months before applying for Hard Rock.
During my time in Coast to Coast I joined a bartending competitions and placed 6th overall the UK.
