Originally started in 2019 as a server for a few months before COVID pandemic. I took the same position in 2021 to then progress first as a Rocker (Team Leader) and then Restaurant Supervisor.

I have a strong knowledge of the FOH departments, having also worked as a bartender, expo and host.

Some of my duties and skills:

  • Lead the team throughout the shift
  • Create budgets, manage costs of sale and labour
  • Create and post rotas for all departments in the restaurant
  • Help the AGM and GM ordering stock and supplies
  • Provide excellent customer service, resolve issues and complaints
  • Manage cash and card handling and banking during and the end of the shift
  • Host staff meeting and train new team members

I managed to help it reach the #1 position in the best restaurants in Solihull on TripAdvisor.

I then transferred to Filling Station in Edinburgh where I worked for 6 months before applying for Hard Rock.

During my time in Coast to Coast I joined a bartending competitions and placed 6th overall the UK.
