On the bases of the extensive and valuable experience I have acquired in managing virtual team and complex projects, defining and monitoring objectives, content, and strategy, I am looking forward to a challenging role within a multinational company. Since 2020, I've leveraged my strengths to lead the creation and deployment of all operational strategies globally for two of the Big Tech companies, resulting in a significant business growth and where my contributions included 100% refunds / credits for COVID-19 cancelled bookings, enhancements to the digital experience with virtual events and the launch of a safe return strategy for future in-person events.
