- Tracking the production work and regular coordination with the producers/line producers maintaining the production report to maximize the output every week.
- Ensuring schedules, tasking and project constraints are communicated to the artists and supervisors, working with them to define specific development and resource specifications needed to complete the project.
- Partners with the PM’s, Coordinators and CG Supervisors when resolving bottlenecks within their own show to maintain a studio-wide view and avoid creating additional downstream bottlenecks and resource issues to other shows.
- Knowing the skillset of the team to be able to pivot and re-task when challenges and work overload become apparent.
- Develops and maintains internal project schedule based on timelines given.
- Preparing notes in reviews, final shot deliveries and shot priorities.
- Ensuring departments scheduling and tracking methods within Shotgun, provide immediate data, tasking and status information that can be retrieved easily.
- Keeps a proactive view to creative and technical challenges that may impact schedule and budgets and informs the Line Producer, providing potential solutions.
- Responsible for managing outsource vendor relationships under the guidance of the Producer.

- Cooperating closely with the Production Supervisors and Managers to the fulfilling of quotas and deadlines, ensuring departmental goals are consistently met.
- Maintaining a strong communication with the Show Coordinators and the Department Technical Directors, arranging the day-to-day operations of the deps assigned in agreement to their targets.
- Run dailies with department and rounds with the leads, updating departmental records and reports used to track elements for the entire production.
- Communicating to departmental personnel the day’s scheduled events affecting them, making sure they are clear about the feedback given by the leads and aware of the deadline established for any unit of work,
- Responsible for the organization and preparation of all the assets and the materials involved in the final delivery.
- Managing weekly target in line with the milestones set by the Show Production.
- Overseeing the process of quality control of shipping material to partner studios.
- Serving as minute contact for clients and preparing client approval sessions (ensuring the send and receipt of the material to and from the client as well).
- Entering and maintaining production data in the studio's production database to reflect scheduled, in-progress, and completed departmental work (assets and shots units).
