Hardworking and reliable 18 year old with a strong desire to gain valuable work experience and develop new skills. Highly motivated, quick to learn, and eager to contribute to a team environment. Organised, responsible, and enthusiastic about taking on new challenges while growing both personally and professionally.
During my time working at an SEN primary
school, I provided classroom support by
assisting children with their work, offering
one-to-one help, and encouraging active
participation in lessons. I listened to students
read, guided them through corrections, and
supported their overall learning progress.
Outside the classroom, I supervised pupils
during break and lunch times to ensure their
safety and wellbeing, and during meals, I
encouraged positive behaviour and healthy
eating habits. I also assisted with daily
routines such as taking students to
the bathroom whilst ensuring their
hygiene. This role strengthened my
communication, patience, and teamwork
skills, while giving me valuable experience in
supporting children with diverse learning and
behavioural needs.
