Work history

Investment Banking - Virtual Work Experience

JPMorgan Chase
10.2024 - 10.2024
  • Through the JPMorgan job simulation course, I gained valuable insights into the intricate world of investment banking, while honing my time management and communication skills with balancing writing concise emails and such tasks and finishing before deadlines.
  • During the course, I identified an ideal M&A target for a client by assessing their financial criteria, and developed a detailed DCF model to estimate the target's valuation. I further adjusted the model to account for competitor bids and supply chain disruptions, deepening my understanding of market dynamics and strategic considerations within investment banking.

Volunteer Youth Worker

CIA Church
, Surrey
07.2021 - Current
  • I regularly volunteer with the youth group at my church, teaching Bible scriptures and organising activities for children aged 7–16. This experience has helped me develop strong communication skills, ensuring that all the children remain engaged, as well as effective time management through planning lessons and coordinating events, including our annual getaway camp. Volunteering in this role has been both rewarding and instrumental in building leadership and organisational abilities.
