• My daily duties included vehicle preparation, painting and finishing. I also carried out work on accident damage and carried out corrosion repairs. My job entailed painting of new bus vehicles, painting of vehicle components and refurbishment of bus parts.
• I have experience and the ability to strip and rebuild vehicles prior to painting, refurbishment or corrosion repairs and have experience in removing and refitting panels and components and other parts and bodywork.
• I have experience also of smoothing out panel dents (minor) and fitting new panels (bolt ons).
• I am highly skilled in cleaning the repair areas, masking off other parts of the vehicle and removing old paintwork and corrosion and in particular priming, colour matching and tinting and spray painting. I also have experience on a daily basis on rustproofing and sealing the areas involved on a commercial vehicle
