Redone all my offshore training, carried various repairs, servicing, fault finding on various oil rigs throughout the north and irish Sea; duties included working on various cranes, winching equipment and hydraulic systems.

After receiving payment from Nationwell Oilwell Varco due to the oil crisis, I started my own company called D.A.H Plant Services, where I carried out various repairs on all types of construction equipment throughout the U.K. for various demolition, civil engineering, mining, and plant hire companies on site. I also sourced used equipment, refurbished and painted it to a high standard, and then resold it.

Completed extensive offshore training on oil rigs across multiple continents, landing by plane and then helicopter. Conducted repairs, servicing, overhauling, and warranty work on mud pumps, drawworks, and cranes.

Field service engineer carrying out repairs, servicing, fault finding and warranty repairs on the full range of Hitachi construction equipment, Merlo telehandler range, and Bell dumptrucks.

4 years apprenticeship working on various plant machinery( ie excavators, crushers, loading shovels,attachments etc., with off site training at Falkirk technical college getting trained on engines, hydraulic systems and pneumatic systems. Finished apprenticeship and got given a van and carried out all types of work on various sites across the U.K.
