Alanna Crookes

I am a highly skilled and dedicated professional, with a robust background of working in the education sector. Through my experience of teaching both in Scotland and in the United Arab Emirates, I have developed a strong passion for enhancing learning experiences through the use of assessment and technology. I demonstrate my strong ability to guide, support and motivate colleagues and pupils through analysis of data to inform next steps in planning and improve teaching approaches. I demonstrate an excellent ability to manage and organise my workload, allocate resources and improve processes, all while maintaining a detailed-orientated approach. I work well both as part of a team and independently demonstrating the ability to work using my initiative and have a keen attention to detail in all my endeavours. I demonstrate excellent leadership skills through designing and leading initiatives to meet targets and enhance the use of assessment across the workplace.

I am keen to pursue a career outside the classroom and utilise my skills to support teachers in transforming learning in their classrooms. Therefore, I demonstrate a range of skills and experiences that show my ability to diversify in a magnitude of environments.
