
I have been working since 2020. My first Job working in Customer Service and my current Job as a Software Tester. The skills that I learned from Customer Service transferred straight to my current roles in more ways that I could imagine.
Understanding Client Needs. Planning, resilience, Always learning, Key Communication, Strong Drive and Passion to do what's necessary.
But more important than all of that is the ability to listen, evaluate and ask questions again and again. That is something I have always done and will continue to do to further improve myself. That is how I drive myself to become the best that I can possibly be and that is a path that I won't deviate from.
