• Responsible for contacting approximately 50 all detractors who detracted Vodafone via the various touch points
• End to end resolution of Customer Issues
• Daily and Weekly report of Customer feedback and Performance
• Present justifiable business cases on customer feedback for improvement initiatives
• Present Weekly Updates to Senior Management of Customer Experience on the Network
• Vodafone Cash Upgrade Project Testing Various Scenarios for the Vodafone Cash System.

• Worked at the Account opening desk where approximately 10 to 15 accounts were opened during the day
• Helping Customers to open accounts, assisting in getting
• The International Investment Desk to assist customers to select an investment plan.
