As MOD (Manager on Duty):

• 1. Deal with the customers if they have complains
• 2. Open or close the restaurant
• 3. Count the money the end of the day
• 4. Administrative duties sending emails to management and report daily how is the operation going
• 5. If the waiters or the chefs needed help I work alongside with them until the busy time ended so they can catch up with their duties
• 6. Organize the staff workload and do their weekly rota

• 3. Do the opening and closing duties
• 4. Promote new drinks, coffee or food (seasonal products)
• 5. Serve the customers as fast as possible maintain the standards in the same time
• 6. Help train the new employees

• Check the quality is it damaged or not before unload or load it.

• Organize and count goods
• Unload the trucks or load them with the new goods
• Move the goods if the pallet is full (use mostly pallet jack)
• Help others if they need help with the pallets or with checking goods
• Clean the area where load or unload the goods if it is getting dirty
• Communicate with the supervisor daily basis

• Use the pallet jack when the new merchandise arrived and take it to their place
• Organize it and count it
• Administrative duties

• Check the order if something missing or damaged if yes tell it to the supervisor.
• Use pallet jack to unload or load pallets
• Discard pallets
• Clean the garbage on the work area if have any
• Communicate with the supervisor
