● Evaluation of the best LLM option (fine-tuning, prompt-tuning, prompt-engineering) and determining, based on an impact & feasibility analysis, the value proposition to be proposed to the client.

● Developed a proof-of-concept use-case (problem-solving opportunity) of Generative AI that addressed an issue the client was facing, using LLMs (Retrieval Augmented Generation).

● Exploring a number of opportunities for the client to provide advisory services to their customers around Generative AI use-cases for their businesses.

The Customer Security Division owns a group of highly available services that process user authentication and security mechanisms for the 10x banking Platform.

Development Environment:

Spring Boot, Kubernetes, AWS, Java, Swagger, Jenkins, honeycomb, Jira, confluence (for documentation), CloudWatch, PagerDuty.

Individual Contributions:

• Designed and implemented the capability to protect 10x systems against username enumeration attacks.
• Development of error recovery mechanisms for Kafka topics (dead letter topics) for FT48.
• Creation of metrics, alerts and grafana dashboards for FT48 services.
• Ongoing design, development and support of FT48's APIs (REST) and containerized Microservices based on evolving 10x clients' business needs.
• Working closely with BAs, POs and PMs and other Microservices teams to deploy applications using Jenkins, Kubernetes and AWS Infrastructure.

The SAAS online services project was brought about to allow students to create and maintain an online account for the purpose of accessing student financial support provisioning for each session.

Individual Contributions:

• Further development of an online Student Application System, and in close liaison with Business Analysts to clarify requirements.
• Team building and development via the mentoring of 6 java developers (Spring boot, MVC, SpringData JPA, Java, REST APIs).
• Management of the transition from the originally, externally developed system to in-house development team.
• Working closely with Stakeholders (mainly security and management teams) during brainstorming sessions to establish agreement around DEVOPs architecture and subsequently implementing a proof-of-concept to obtain client approval.
• Implementation of proposed DEVOPs architecture (Docker, Git and Jenkins).

As part of the EC’s commitment to integration within its member states, the eDelivery project sought to facilitate secure and reliable exchange of data and documents between public administrations and businesses. It is based on a Services Oriented Architecture.

The Bambe project (start up) was set upon to develop a retail technology platform capable of catering to specific needs of SMEs (small-to-medium enterprises). NodeJS provided the scalable, robust server technology within which Angular (wrapped in ionic framework) components ran. MongoDB provided the backend-tier.

Individual Contributions:

• Established the problem specification and solution design, and subsequently, developed the prototype as an MVP.
• Developed Angular components/service interfaces to consume the created REST APIs.
• Developed the Mongoose schemas/documents required within the data services.
• Designed and developed REST API services, using Node.js, for reuse across the platform.
• Securing API endpoints and implementing users’ authentication.
• Guiding the integration process (between Angular + Rest APIs) to ensure that the different modules and components worked seamlessly together whilst following best practices.

Worked within Deloitte’s Professional Services group across
several projects/clients to manage the delivery of R&D related projects.

• Collaborating with both senior technical and finance staff within Deloitte's client companies to quickly understand the nature of their work.
• Conducting efficient technical interviews with clients’ technical experts to understand their R&D activity and then summarising for a non-technical audience.
• Analysing technical submissions and data from clients to support the development of R&D claim methodologies.
• Understanding of a wide variety of cutting edge technologies across different industries.
• Writing clear, compelling reports for appropriate authorities (typically HMRC), based on technical interviews to convey how a client’s technical activity is R&D.
• Actively participating in project management to ensure R&D claims are delivered to time and within budget.

Provided technical consultancy services to CGI's clients including the Obama Healthcare, and SOCA (Serious Organised Crime Agency) projects. Duties included Solution design and implementation.

Providing consultation to clients and helping them to resolve issues - concurrency and integration related problems mainly - that arose during their implementation of complex solutions whilst using TIBCO Messaging products (EMS and Rendezvous).

Blueheath is an online Retailer that provides wholesale and retail services to their clients via an online system responsible for facilitating transactions. Responsibilities were around building in new features into the system.

Provision of technical services to Accenture's clients - VISA, RPA (Rural Payments Agency) and ChelloMedia (Netherlands). Duties included requirements gathering, stakeholder management, solution design and implementation.
