  • A Consultancy project taken as a part of my Extended Work Placement during my postgraduation at the University of East London
  • The project was to refurbish the Citi Tower, which is a skyscraper, by temporarily relocating 9000 staff.
  • So here, as a Project Manager with my team, I developed a communication strategy and implementation plan
  • As this project was a landmark refurbishment, it had a significant effect on multiple stakeholders and neighbours due to its programme length and scale, so in order to both communicate and encourage engagement with the project, I and my team helped the principal contractor, who was seeking a connected strategy and implementation plan for the overall communication of the project.
  • Conducted thorough risk assessments to identify potential obstacles and develop mitigation strategies.
