As an EAM Implementation Consultant at SolutionsPT, I work with clients across industrial sectors to design, implement, and optimise Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) solutions—focusing on IFS Ultimo, AVEVA Predictive Analytics, and AVEVA PI Server. My role is to deliver successful projects, ensure customer satisfaction, and enable long-term value from asset management systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support end-to-end EAM implementations, covering configuration, integration, data migration, testing, documentation, and go-live.

Conduct discovery and requirements workshops to capture business and technical needs, translating them into scalable solutions.

Design and deliver integrations between EAM systems and external platforms such as ERP, SCADA, and IoT.

Prepare and deliver tailored training and enablement sessions for maintenance, operations, and business users.

Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by developing test cases and ensuring functionality meets user expectations.

Provide technical troubleshooting, solution optimisation, and post go-live support to drive continuous improvement.

Collaborate with Sales and Business Development teams during pre-sales activities, proof-of-concepts, and technical proposals.

Advise clients on asset management best practices, including preventive maintenance, reliability-centred strategies, and ISO 55000 alignment.

Contribute to knowledge sharing within the SolutionsPT technical community and assist in transitioning new technologies.
