• Concept generation, RFQ and evaluation for Door Panel components for Mahindra, Instrument Panel for BUGATTI and VW
• Evaluating designs for various manufacturing and assembly guidelines and requirements.
• Developing 3D designs, 2D layouts, creating master sections, A-class surface proposals, calculating, controlling & managing surface development for design feasibility study.
• Creating 3D data as per feasibility, packaging, styling, manufacturability and tooling.

• Detailed study to provide RPS & LPS to maintain GAP & FLUSH as per Fugen plan book, by using Tolerance stackup sheet & DIN Chart.

• Interacting with other cross functional groups for feasibility and packaging issues.
• Conducting design reviews with counterparts.

• Design improvements based on assembly workshop feedback, rattle analysis, CAE analysis, and CAVA reports.
• Interacting with and providing technical support to component suppliers for tooling feasibility and manufacturability issues.

• BUGATTI RIMAC (BR1): IP: IP Dashboard, Upper lateral trim, Top pad LH & RH,Lateral Cover, A pillar closer.
• M210: Lead for FR Door panel RFQ (All plastic parts of door panel from Main Carrier to Lever Bezel)
• VW310: Lead for IP lower (Blende FS/BFS, Abdekung IT HUD/BASIS, Schließteile FS/BFS,Service Deckel,ABT cover & ABT structure).

• Performing Detailed Draft Analysis.
• Clear minor issues in the A-surface after customer confirmation, if needed.
• Creating B-Surface and B side features.
• Prepare close volumes for covering parts and insert the necessary engineering features using the given environment data.
• Adding fixations like Ribs, screw boss, doghouse, snap, welding ribs as per fixation requirement.
• Locating strategy for assembly in 3-2-1 Principle.
• Creating Tooling direction, Slider & Lifter Direction and Parting Line & Detail part checking.
• Styling replacement as per modified design.
• Creating 3D parts as per the project standards and customer requirements.
• Development of concept sections and Master sections considering available processes, packaging etc.
• Developed and used standard feature templates to reduce 3D modelling time.
• Creating 3D data as per feasibility, packaging, styling, manufacturability and tooling. meeting DFM, DFA and project specific design standards. Managing the technical interface with the customer.
