—>Preparing Overall Time Schedule on Primavera P6 as per project scope of work, drawings & BOQ.
—>Finalizing the Schedules after coordinating with the project team.
—>Performing critical path analysis, generating S-Curves of Design, Procurement, Construction & Testing/Commissioning.
—>Generating Manpower Histogram.
—>Monitoring the site works & informing the team incase of a potential delay after comparing with baseline time schedule.
—>Delivering weekly/bi-weekly & monthly reports by tracking complete project status.
—>Attending meetings & maintaining minutes accurately as per the discussion.
—>Assist & advise procurement team for material required on site as per schedule & prepare status report for management.
—>Maintain complete Planning related documents in a organised manner in folders & facilitate Quality Department during the audits.
—>Preparation of Recovery Schedule.
—>Evaluation of delays on the project.
—>Submit EOT request to client & preparation of Revised Schedule accordingly.
—>Conduct Delay Analysis to evaluate impact on Critical Path & Project Completion Date.
—>Monitoring of work at site on weekly basis.
