I am a skilled worker who can quickly adapt to new situations, offer the needs of both customers and the company and work in high pressure environments. I am a team player, meaning I am well committed to any job that I have been given, but I can take initiative when needed. Also I am a strong communicator, therefore I will be able to offer skills to help the customer until they are satisfied.
Since 2018 I have been going to my Local Temple in East Ham to help out during special occasions. For example for the last 3 years during a Chariot Festival that occurs every summer, this festival spreads out across the streets of East ham and brings in 300-400 people. Due to this I have to lead or be part of a small group that have to complete various tasks such as crowd control. This is when we have to form a barrier around the Gods so people do not get trampled. From completing jobs like these over the years I have learnt how to work in a group and take command when needed to.
During my Work Experience in the Neonatal ward from Monday the 17th July to Friday 21st July 2023, I was shadowing many Doctors and nurses caring for the newborns. For example helping them complete head scans or carrying out blood test, cannulas and feeding which all had to be done under a certain time. Also I learnt how to work under immensely pressured conditions, as i was working alongside the nurse who was on call so at any point of time, no matter what you were doing, if the bleeper went of we had to run to the theatre to assist them. Furthermore, due to my placement being in the time of junior doctor strikes, this helped me with my team building skills as I had more tasks to complete in a group and it allowed me to communicate more with my Co - workers.
