The present study analyses the role of akshaya in e governance with reference with T.V Puram Grama Panchayath in Kottayam district of Kerala. This study is intented to know how akshaya centre’s are helpful to public, the type of services it provides and the acceptance of e-governance services provided by akshaya centres among general public.
