Complete Post-16 Census information – including data entry, data analysis, and data reporting. To ensure accurate records of learning aims, guided hours, results, and preparing this information for accurate funding claims.
  • Transport coordinator for students ensuring students are able to attend sixth form.
  • Ensuring admin side of the UCAS process is completed.
  • Liaise with Data Manager on reporting for Sixth Form data and liaise with Careers Advisor regarding paperwork for work placements and visit placements termly. Prepare paperwork, visit and monitor summer work experience placements.
  • Organise all sixth form social events including Christmas Party and Summer Ball. Also university trips, residential trips and further education fairs.
  • First Aid trained so I am responsible for all first aid that is required for sixth form students.

Building strong relationships with regular visitors to the hub, providing a helpful and friendly service.
  • Providing good customer service to those attending the Family Hub, always being welcoming and supportive, courteous and helpful.
