  • Led the pre-trial qualitative work and the mixed methods parallel process evaluation of a cluster trial to reduce high risk prescribing in primary care. I led the development of the research questions, study designs, data collection, analysis, report and publication writing. I led the development of a process evaluation methodology framework for cluster randomised trials which has been highly cited and forms part of the new MRC guidance for process evaluations (of which I was a reviewer)
