I am a confident, self-motivated individual with great communication skills. I am honest, dependable and can meet deadlines in a timely fashion. I adapt to change quickly and can work on my own initiative. I enjoy learning new skills and interacting with others. I have an outgoing personality and enjoy any challenge that will enhance my experience. Having learned key leadership skills and producing efficient teamwork in previous employment and education I can work effectively with others and have a drive to exceed any given targets. My quick thinking has been an asset to my production groups at university and has prevented any work output delays. My employment experience has significantly improved my communication skills through frequent customer interaction I have been able to become well-spoken which has improved my confidence so I can competently take on leadership roles should the need arise.
