Working in the global department alongside the digital team, I have forged good working relationships with my colleagues and used the time to develop my skill set and take on greater levels of responsibility.

I help manage and administer 7 global websites, 3 of which are multi-lingual (5 languages). Which has given me experience of working to differing regional policies, differing marketing activities, demographical and geographical differences and many more factors that had to be taken into consideration.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing content across both Commercial and Residential web estates
• Taking care of regional requests as well as working alongside them, helping them achieve what they desired all while maintaining brand guidelines.
• Managing the Global Digital inbox, responsible for all changes made across the site and acting as a filter to make sure all needs are seen and met.
• Monthly reporting, compiling data throughout the month to generate comprehensive reports giving region accurate and insightful information regarding their region. Compiling the data to generate comprehensive reports.
• Researching industry trends, contributing to strategic planning and allowing us to have a potential competitive edge on competitors.
• Management of the relationship between the department and our Optimisation and Development agency with my Digital Executive ensuring Prioritising tickets, bugs, allocated hours, fix releases and questions are all taken care of for regions and ourselves.

Achievements in post:

• Partaking in a complete redesign of the Karndean site, bringing it up to a modern standard with improved UX, UI and all round functionality.
• Took responsibility for a new reporting system allowing regions better insight into areas they require.
• Management of Karndean's Installation guidelines website as well as content management within.
• Creation and content management of a new sub-brand of Karndean, Pavimento. Bringing the Australian teams vision to life while ensuring UX and UI were both up to a great standard all while incorporating what they wanted.
• Karndean's European Sub-brand Designflooring redesign, I took joint lead on the creation of pages, blocks, content and back end functionality. Again bringing the website up to a modern standard for ourselves and users/customers.
• Responsible for change in our User Behaviour and insights platform, comparing Hotjar to Microsoft Clarity to see what platform is better suit for our needs. factoring in budget, benefits and drawbacks of each. Additionally, if budget is to be freed up, where it can be reinvested into the business.

Karndean are one of the UK's leading Luxury Vinyl Flooring manufacturers, producing flooring inspired by the real world. Incorporating natural elements of the wood or stone in which the product is derived from, using their product to show why they deserve their position in the market.

Apprenticeship achievements:

• Effectively managed my workload along side revision, exams and spoke days with the apprenticeship provider to gain the knowledge needed to reach my targets.
• Learnt about the aspects and principles of business alongside learning new software and processes of how a global scale company operate.
• Improved team communication by proactively participating in meetings.
• Learnt how to use Optimizely, an enterprise level CMS, which is a leader in the DXP (Digital Experience Platform) Market.
