- This event provided insight into asset, retail and pension management which allowed me to possess in-depth understanding of how different roles in the firm operate. For example, I gained knowledge of how actuarial analysts use statistics in order to examine data and predict future outcomes. Legal & General also presented the various opportunities available after sixth form and they taught my peers and I how to become more attractive to employers.
- Overall, this was a very insightful experience that allowed me to equip valuable skills such as communication, teamwork and strategic thinking during group activities.
Apprentice Virtual Insight

- This virtual insight allowed me to gain understanding of how apprenticeships at Morgan Stanley work, whilst also exhibiting the process that potential apprentices undergo in order to secure their placement. The Morgan Stanley team also informed us of the benefits that come with apprenticeships , such as paid salaries and no student debt.
- To conclude this event, apprentices at the firm spoke to us about their experience working in their specific roles. This provided great insight into the firm, whilst also allowing me to network with apprentices and improve my levels of attentiveness.
