While in my last year of College I got a job at the Deer Park Country House as a commis chef from February 2019 to February 2020. I thoroughly enjoyed working in the kitchen preparing started and deserts for weddings and over events. When at Deer Park I would grab every opportunity I could to work closely alongside the head chef to learn new skills and to improve myself as a chef.
