• Managing budgets diligently to control unnecessary expenditure on materials and efficient allocation of resources.
• Guiding the development of project objectives, established clear performance expectations.

• Identifying risks, implementing mitigation strategies for secure project outcomes.
• Strengthening stakeholder relationships through regular updates and clear communication.
• Provide detailed cost estimation to ensure value delivered to all stakeholders and promote informed decision making.
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams including architects, engineers, contractors and sub-contractors.
• Manage multiple estimations simultaneously whilst maintaining high standards of accuracy and organisation.
• Streamline estimation processes to improve efficiency and accuracy through the use of project management and cost estimation software.
• Implementation of quality control measures and ensured adherence to standards.
• Perform regular checks on ongoing projects against initial estimates to highlight any discrepancies early.

Our focus as a company was in the bespoke residential construction space where we provided complete electrical solution for each given project.

During the three years of operation the company had experienced strong year on year revenue growth, Which enabled me to negotiate the sale of my company to CRM Electrical Industries in November 2023.

Completed primarily residential construction works including Student accommodation, multi story residential units and high end terraced housing in the Bath/Bristol Area.
