  • Utilising proprietary tools, provide daily application support and troubleshooting for platform members and internal users, escalating to Low Touch and Development teams appropriately.

  • Created GCP confluence pages for the team demonstrating how to use GCP and the steps required to log in to virtual machines, monitor logs, start and stop processes, monitor stack driver alerts using GCP console.
  • Built the complete operating model for the newly migrated GCP systems which have been viewed and approve by the application owners and are ready in place to close out any audit gaps.
