Main Purpose:

· Drives the success of the company through operational guidance of MN & PS plants strategies to meet customer needs and achieve standards. The Plant manager must lead overall plant objectives. This individual must set production performance standards and align the organization to achieve standards. Responsibilities include cost efficiency, continuous improvement on processes, service, and safety for supply chain departments for a plant across all shifts. This individual is responsible for managing multiple shifts of the plant’s employees and developing a team of front line, supervisor, and manager employees. Additionally this role is responsible for developing, implementing and executing a best in class manufacturing standards.

· Coaches supervisors and managers to achieve performance standards with regards to safety, line utilization and quality

· Manages overall plants manufacturing overhead (MOH) responsibility for production, maintenance, quality control and warehouse

· Timely implementation of CAPEX and projects, within budgeted costs.

- Leading the engineering part in partnership with central engineering team to install the PET, upgrading the existing water and syrup rooms, upgrading electrical and utilities areas,…

- Developing the overall new plant structure in partnership with HR team, leading the hiring process starting from CVs scanning then interviews process ending by onboarding program.

- Leading the compliance part in partnership with governmental affairs team to ensure 100% compliance with PepsiCo and legal requirements

- Leading the EHS agenda during the project in partnership with EHS team to ensure closing 100% of safety and enviromental issues before plant atartup
