Preparing monthly summary of medical claims and submitting to the chief accountant
Preparing and verification of vouchers, recording journal entries, posting to ledger accounts

Handling of complete Trade Payable Division which contains more than 200 Suppliers
Handling credit accounts, Advance payments and monthly reconciliations of all suppliers
Reconciliation of all Creditors’ accounts and follow-up due dates
Fixing problems or any discrepancies in the statements of supplier after reconciliation
Preparing monthly Budget for Credit Suppliers as per necessity of the Suppliers
Preparing payments of the Creditor according to their credit period/due dates
Control and audit all the cash invoices which paid by petty cash related to credit suppliers
Recording journal entries, posting to ledger accounts related to purchasing
Conducting quarterly inventory physical count under my supervision
