I am an extremely motivated and passionate nurse with 10 years of experiences. Most of Which has been within the specialty of tissue viability "Wound care", this has enabled me to gain a wealth of experience and transferrable skills in managing and caring for patients with complex illnesses both physical and mental. My role as clinical nurse specialist enabled me to gain excellent communication skills along with various expert clinical and teaching skills.
Following my clinical nurse specialist experience, I undertook the challenge to develop my managerial skills and broaden my experiences working within a diverse work force and patient group for that I am participating in the management course hoping to be accepted and become a head nurse of the surgical clinic or a medical, surgical in-patient unit or the future tissue viability unit at our beloved hospital.

Wound care specialized nurse for a high demanding medical surgical, critical and oncology inpatient units where responsible for preventing pressure injury's and surgical site infections and validating different wounds and implementing change.
Acting as a resource nurse to fulfill the patient and staff needs. In addition to this I am a member of the hospital monthly pressure injury and restraint survey.
Teach to monthly workshops one is the "wound care" and the other is the "surgical site infection".
