  • Developed an Excel-based model to facilitated improvement of Inventory control & accuracy for finished goods, raw materials & spare parts. Saved approx150hrs per year by automating this module and by transferring it to our outsourced partner in India.
  • Business Partner: Introduction of business results review sessions with the A/P & A/R director and team leaders by providing financial advice, evaluation and analysis on all relevant issues/opportunities by supplying working capital information, creating ad hoc models to allow the teams to see what went well and what could be improved.
