Type of disease and case report of patients I was looking after:

a) after brain stroke (a latin name of 'apoplexiacerebri') with slurred speech, paralyzed, bedridden, with efficient one upper limb

b) with Parkinson's disease, remaining in wheelchair, with the loss of speech and only upper body function

c) with colorectal cancer (a latin name of 'carcinoma coli et recti') and surgically created stoma(a latin name of'anuspreaternaturalis')

• Daily care support preventing the formation of pressure ulcers

• Caring of stoma by making dressing and maintaining hygiene of the area
