• Process attendance records and other documents eg. sick notes,
• Data entry
• Check payroll information for accuracy and ensure all relevant paperwork is in order
• Coordinate with HR about changes in payroll (e.g. terminations, new hires)
• Oversee electronic payments and distribution of payroll checks
• Update data with salary or wage adjustments
• Process other financial compensations or deductions (e.g. annual bonuses, severance pay, taxes, worker’s compensation)
• Handle benefit expenses, like insurance fees or paid leave
• Produce reports to upper management upon request
• Answer employee questions or complaints about salaries and payments

• Answering the phone and dealing with customer enquiries
• - Registering applicants thoroughly and accurately
• Maintaining an up to date applicant database
• - Booking and conducting viewings effectively
• - Generating a targeted number of viewings per day resulting in a

targeted number of lets.

• - Touting and canvassing
• - Selling all company services effectively and ethically
• - Negotiating offers between parties (under the direction of Branch

Manager)

• - Assisting with business generation and follow up paperwork
• - Assisting with additional ad hoc office duties
