Additional Experience

Since 2020, I have been actively engaged with Young Rail Professionals (YRP), initially as Chair of the London & South East region (2023/24) and currently as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) for 2024/5, overseeing nine regions and the executive committee. In my role as chair of London & South East region, I led a team of over 10 volunteers, successfully organising and delivering 57% more events compared to previous years, significantly enhancing engagement and providing valuable networking opportunities for members and future generations. I have fostered meaningful connections between current professionals and younger generations, promoting industry awareness while championing the rail sector. As COO, I drive business growth initiatives and support the development of the next generation of talent in the rail industry, implementing new strategies to promote inclusivity, increase membership engagement, and strengthen relationships across the sector.
