Summary

As a Quality Improvement Officer in the Royal Borough of Greenwich, I have gathered extensive knowledge and experience in supporting core business functions to ensure services are delivered to a high standard. Leading on quality assurance of data has enabled me to manage and develop my performance, problem solve and respond to change effectively. I successfully supported my team in collaboration to achieve an Outstanding rating in the Local Authority Children's Services Ofsted Inspection (ILACS). Likewise, I have worked as a Pastoral Administrator and undertaken internships as a Policy Advisor and Health Intern in the Scotland Office and Department of Health & Social Care. My career goal is to continue to develop expertise in policy and governance to contribute towards constructing outstanding services essential for economic and social growth and further improving the quality of transport services to citizens. I believe the role of a Policy Officer in the Taxi and Private Hire Policy team would be a fantastic opportunity to reach this goal.
