• Deliver High-Quality Personal Care
• Assist patients with daily personal hygiene, dressing, toileting, and grooming.
• Support patients with eating and drinking, ensuring proper nutrition and hydration.
• Support Mobility and Independence
• Aid in moving, repositioning, and transferring patients using appropriate techniques.
• Encourage and assist with walking and mobility aids to promote independence.
• Monitor Health and Wellbeing
• Take and record patients' vital signs (temperature, pulse, blood pressure, respiration).
• Observe for any changes in condition and report concerns promptly to clinical staff.
• Provide Emotional and Social Support
• Engage with patients to reduce isolation and support emotional wellbeing.
• Offer reassurance and comfort to patients and their families.
• Maintain a Safe and Clean Environment
• Ensure patient rooms and communal areas are clean, tidy, and meet infection control standards.
• Assist in changing bed linens and handling soiled laundry appropriately.

● In additional to Hospital work I have attended Clinic Session with the Director of every department

● During internship I got several chances to attend night shifts in ward with high qualified teaching stuffs

● I attended every department for 21 days and completed all the credit hours of Internship according to international standards
