• Managed and secured 40+ internal and customer-facing AWS services within a physically isolated AWS Dedicated Cloud (ADC) region designed for customers with stringent security requirements.
• Acted as a subject matter expert for AWS IAM, overseeing 20 individual services/environments; managing additional critical identity components including LDAP stacks, internal MFA systems, and account creation services

Multi-Tenant SaaS - Synamedia GO

• MT SaaS - For bringing Synamedia products into a tenanted way of selling direct to customers
• Assisted with Researching Developer Portal options, working with potential PoCs (Kong, Auth0)
• Defined architecture of tenant automation system for use in MT SaaS (sequence diagram, REST Based, OpenAPI spec definition), domain models ,documentation etc.
• Developed PoCs of Tenant Automation within AWS environment, also created Log streaming POC with CloudWatch and EventBridge for SLA metrics, Grafana Dashboarding etc.

HyperScale

• Provided extensive research (matrix) on edge computing resources
• Product Owner of Wi-Fi Setup Application - coordinating dev teams and UX/UI developers for seamless user interaction
• Provided architecture (flow chart, requirements, wireframes) for Wi-Fi setup application to replace previous Wi-Fi setup procedure
