Andon Resolution: Andons is a process designed for catching inventory defects within the FC. Andons are pulled for various things: virtual/physical inventory mismatches, virtually missing inventory, mis receive, etc. The core responsibility of Andon Resolution is to correct the various defects thus reducing the number of defects in the warehouse resulting in more sell-able product.

Audits: Auditing the standard work processes of the various departments in the FC such as receive, stow, or pack/ship. Auditing these standard work process requires a vast knowledge of the various departments in the FC and helps to catch and correct mistakes earlier on in the inventory flow process. Thus, in turn, this reduces the number of defects in the FC.
