I started my career as a Saturday "boy" in an independent garage, I put myself through college and obtained city and guilds level 1/2/3. Once i had my qualification i then progressed into running an indipendant garage for the private owners for 5 years. I then went into the main dealer network as at Senior / master technician. I realised that it was people and process that was my driver. I then became a service advisor dealing with the public and managers, i progressed to workshop control to ensure the workshop was running efficiently and productively. I then proceeded to the service manager position within the Audi network progressing through the ranks to senior HOB. In this position i have to ensure all department New car / used car & aftersales meet all targets and objectives not only with directors stake holders and the manufacture. I have become a certified Audi Service Manger and certified HOB. We write our budget and set targets for the brand and company.
