As an Associate Publisher my main responsibilities were:

  • Organising the layout of advertisement placement in the Selamta magazine
  • providing client feedback and suggestions to the editors of the Selamta magazine which influences the editorials and stories.
  • managing the commercial revenue targets of £100,000 a month for the Selamta magazine, managing the team and reviewing sales targets.
  • leading the sales team, providing 1-1 call listening feedback, call coaching and closing support.
