Production of various sizes and fillings of gas and air bottles for supply to business worldwide. The role includes picking cylinders from racking,filling in details with various safety systems to ensure correct fillings and content in each cylinder. Then entering all details to a Sage computer system before printing off correct labelling for each item, then sending off to packing department for worldwide distribution.

Following strict and precise Health and Safety instructions to make sure the customer only receives what they have ordered, vital as different gases are filled in to multiple bottles.

Responsible for all aspects in the production of Airbags, a life saving product, also including multiple health and safety checks and responsibilities. Also trained fully in fork lift truck and hoist, and all on-site lifting equipment.

As Dispatch Driver, i was responsible for all driver duties in a plastics factory that produced 6 metre lengths of plastic window frame parts. This included the removal of said products using a side loader truck from the shop floor to the correct areas to be loaded onto HGV lorries for dispatch; also responsible for all fork lift truck operations both inside and outside of the factory.
