Middle Leadership in Education Training - In 2024 I took part in the Middle Leadership CPD programme with Stranmillis University College and I am currently undergoing Middle-Leadership training with Northern Ireland's Education Authority.
Teacher training programmes - From 2018 to 2019, whilst completing Initial Teacher Training and Newly Qualified Teacher training programmes I engaged with training on Rosenshine’s Principles of Instruction, focusing heavily on metacognition and understanding how students learn.
