As a sole consultant I have worked collaboratively with a range of different consultants where my expertise at creating the right conditions to effectively engage the workforce has contributed to successful outcomes.

In my own capacity I have:

• Led the development of customised solutions for clients based on their unique business needs and requirements.
• Optimized team performance through effective communication, training, and leadership techniques.
• Identified business issues through careful collaboration with key stakeholders.
• Resolve relationship breakdowns in senior management teams and realigned strategies.

With my business partner started a salon and spa business, acquiring 14 salons in our first year. We continued to develop th estate and were approached by Unilever to co develop a new brand, Dove Spa, based on their brand Dove. Expanded the business into Spain, Canada and Mexico.

Unilever became the majority shareholder and decided to dissolve the business when product sales did not meet expectations even though the service business was operating profitably.

After a short term contract with Safegate AB in Malmo, Sweden and three years of SME consulting, I took over running the new family owned Hotel conference centre. With my team we wend from loss making to over £2m turnover with 67% repeat business from corporate management teams from the UK and Europe. Established operating standards and people development approach that created a highly motivated and engaged team, that continued after a successful sale.

Began as Tech Support in UK then transferred to Product Marketing in Australia and returned as European Marketing Manager. Role included assessing market needs across EAD division and communicating future business needs to product group in US. Supprted major accounts across EAD division.
