Aditya Bhatt

I am a hardworking and enthusiastic individual that is currently enrolled at the University of Birmingham studying Theoretical Physics and Applied Mathematics. I am eager to gain experience in the hospitality industry and bring a strong work ethic and clear communication to the team. This being one reason why I am always asking question as I am willing to learn and improve.

I have completed various amount of tasks that have skills which would be beneficial in a workspace environment.

• Organised and lead an event for my school, taking a group of student to an Institute of Physics lecture at the University of Wolverhampton.
• Project managed a team of 6 tasked with creating a game for Thorpe park. We qualified for the finals and I lead a group presentation in front the year 12 cohort and around 20 member of the faculty. From this I became more proficient in: my leadership, presentation skills, confidence in speaking to crowds and being a team player.
• Have done charity work with school, partnered with 'The Well', where I spoke in front of a year group requesting donations.
• Listening in on calls at DWP (Department of Work & Pensions, UC) which allowed me to understand how to communicate with a client and deal with volatile situations.
• Play basketball and go to the gym often allowing me to be a better team player. Doing these activities not only benefits my physical but also mental health, allowing me to be prepared for any challenges I may face.
