As as Partner leading the Advisory team, I (and my team) partner with clients on people and process change with a reputation for outstanding project delivery and management. I empower the team to deliver the best advice and high quality results for our clients.

Some examples of client projects include

  • Total Rewards Optimisation for a Global Bank, providing advise on increasing engagement by 5% with Total Rewards by maintaining total rewards spend.
  • Designed a future proof skills framework for a Global Insurer including technical, behavioural, and future skills. The skills framework is now being embedded into internal career mobility, employee assessment and re-skilling opportunities.
  • Created a skills taxonomy for a Global bank for their Operations and Technology teams as well as Service Centre and Offshoring Centres. Advised on rightsizing and workforce planning opportunities using a unique skills lens.
  • Partnering with a Global Re-Insurer to identify priority cultural traits and behaviours and drive cultural transformation within the organisation
  • Advised a large Global Bank in implementing their Employee Value Proposition (EVP) through analysis their demographic data to identify employee segment and advice on implementation and communication strategy across these segments in the bank. Partnering closely with internal and external brand teams to provide targeting assets and campaigns to attract and retain the best talent.
  • Developed a job architecture, job leveling methodology and promotion criteria and career paths for a large global private bank going through a period of significant growth. Partnering closely with the Change Management and HR teams for seamless implementation.
  • Insights and advice on organisation design for senior levels (n-3 levels) within a bank during a large organisational restructuring. Involved in making recommendations on the new structure which have been adopted.
  • Led a large-scale review of bonus plans for the consumer banking division of a Global Bank.
  • Design of rewards strategy in a turnaround situation for a retail challenger bank
  • Annual pay cycle (salary & bonus) globally for multiple clients in Banking & Financial Services
  • Established the first rewards network of Heads of HR & Rewards in Retail & Commercial & Digital Challenger Banks in UK in 2016 and created a successful platform with over 30 banks currently. Primary advisor to Head of HR & Rewards in this sector.

Experience managing multiple stakeholders including CEOs, Business Leaders & Senior Management and Remuneration Committees and Heads of HR & Rewards to present project recommendations and provide advice on people and pay.

Interests

Watching & playing tennis, table tennis and cricket with my 7 year old, travelling and exploring new cities & cuisines. Involved in CSR and fund-raising activities for a non-profit school for girls in India set up by my maternal great grandmother.
