• Reclassified existing 34 Bonga Main Life Extension Projects and developed strategic end-to-end plan for delivery by End of Design Life of the FPSO.
• Annually delivered cost reduction (CAPEX/FEASEX) for BMLE portfolio project to cadence - Banked 42%savings in OP'20, 55% FEASEX savings in OP'21 BMLE budget, and additional 36% above target CAPEX saving in OP'22.
• Challenged and re-baselined the CAPEX for the Telecoms/IT Upgrade project with a 24% CAPEX savings.
• Saved F$9M on the Gas Turbine Control System Upgrade through competitive scoping and technically challenged the original Corrective Action Workshop (CAW) recommendation to upgrade.

• Decontamination and Decommissioning of Old NEMBE Creek-Cawthorne Channel Trunkline Project (NCTL)
• Performed decommissioning works on major ageing facilities with zero tolerance to environmental leak at a challenging phase in the Company's history; lead company and contractor personnel, interfaced with stakeholders to design, construct and successful de-oiled/decommissioned the largest trunkline and associated facilities
• Key achievements include:
• Proposed the adopted "NOVEL" concept selected for the de-oiling of the old NCTL
• Lead costing team for the selected design and obtained approval from the Management Tender Board
