Project : I worked as a Business analyst within MITIE, to deliver a cloud based HSE management system (Eco Online) to track incidents, Risk Assessment and Incident Management, Occupational Health, Compliance Management.
The project entailed updating the application , security updates, improved user experience and speed management (i.e. managing large data flow) for gateway application systems. I was responsible for deriving and documenting a framework for the implementation of changes and resolution of queries associated with the different application and system functionalities.

Project 1 : I implemented an HSE solution: Q-pulse to help improve quality, health, safety and compliance processes for Arik International Limited.
Project 2 : I facilitated the development of in-house CRS using in-house resources. The CRS (Central Reservation System) was used by the company to make reservations against airline inventory. The solution was chosen as a cost-effective option for a recovering airline and was developed to work in a unique environment and was deployed to travel agents to use to make reservations and perform a myriad of functions including but not limited to initiating refunds, cancellations and booking changes.
Project 3 : I delivered on the company's migration from Integral to Mercator. The project became essential when the company recovered financially and significantly increased fleet and inventory size. The growth mandated migration to a more robust booking and inventory solution that catered to the company's unique operating environment.
