Summary

I am hardworking, reliable and take pride in any role that I carry out. I work well independently, thrive under pressure and I am fully able to organise and prioritise my own workload. I am passionate about finding ways to improve efficiencies and streamline processes and am very data oriented with a naturally analytical mind. I enjoy championing change where staff face uncertainty and explaining key benefits of change with a supportive and sensitive approach. I feel that I have a unique skillset that spans both the public and private sector and includes process improvement, systems implementation, line management, reporting and analysis and stakeholder management .
