I am a self-assured individual offering more than 20 years of experience as a construction business owner. Well-versed in virtually all aspects of the building industry whilst being flexible and poised promoting well-developed skills in surveying and planning.

Creative with exceptional background spent in kitchen and bathroom installation. Proven leader with engaging demeanour and success working in demanding environments.

Upon completion of my qualification, I was offered the opportunity to become self employed and enter the property development industry.

This was more than appealing with the possibilities of further skill development and training with a well trusted and established developer who I become life long friends with.

The transition from engineer to builder was seamless and allowed rapid knowledge gain in a short space of time.

I have owned three houses and refurbished all myself to a very high standard, using photos of these projects to promote my business and gain leads. This had led to won contracts and the expansion of my business.

I have also spent a considerable amount of time subcontracting for various local firms utilising my skills and knowledge to attain a widely accepted reputation for quality finish and attention to detail.
